Applications :

  This machine is designed for high speed blister packing of various sized and shaped products, giving a drastic reduction in production costs.  It is operated with a turntable to decrease machine "dead time" and a much higher production rate can be achieved.  The loading of the pieces to be packed is done manually, but the welding cycle is fully automatic.Shuttle tables instead of the rotary table are also available.

Welding press equipped with thermostatically controlled mold support plate.
• Highly sensitive anti-spark unit fitted as standard.
• Production speed: 10-12 cycles per minute.

Usage :

For blister-blister (clam shell) packaging and the production of stationery items, promotional items, medical and hospital supplies, inflatable items, toys, articles of footwear, PVC cases and boxes, etc.
